有人知道吗？我找遍了msdn也没找到。

现在我的程序每次编译时，它都说：
E:\My Projects\dotnets\WindowsApplication1\licenses.licx Could not transform licenses file 'licenses.licx' into a binary resource. Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.

这个错误倒不影响程序的运行，但每次编译都出现实在是太烦人了，特别是F5的时候还要跳出一个讨厌的对话框来然我确认是否继续！！

In Beta 2, the form designer always generates a .licx file even if a project does not contain any licensed controls. In the final release, this behavior is fixed, but the .licx file must be removed from projects that do not contain any licensed controls.

WORKAROUND:
Delete the licenses.licx file from the project.
意思是要将将那个 讨厌　的 licenses.licx 删除就没事了。

licenses.licx,是一个纯文本文件，可以用写字板打开。当你建立了一个窗体，并向窗体添加控件，该文本就产生。在程序被编译时，该文件被转为二进制被程序所用，如果转换失败，就会出现像你那样的警告。
你还没说清楚每个程序都是这样，还是某个程序是这样？？

出现警告有以下可能：
licenses.licx有没有被不恰当的更改？（多手吧他乱改了、病毒.....)
硬盘没有任何空间？（这没多大可能）
文件所在路径太长？（试试在C:\根目录下建立程序看看）
你在断线状态下建立web server并编译？（连上internet看看）
研究一下licenses.licx的结构，手动编写、修改

如果还是解决不了，最后一句：重装！
