Job Responsibilities
- provide Windows server management services, supporting hardware and software in
upgrade/patching, and system performance/capability/capacity management, administer supported
backup and storage system.
- Support with the identification of problems related to product/application installation, update,
configuration, operations, performance or other aspects of information technology products &
services.
- Suggests and/or implements solutions to resolve problems & ensure a high level of customer
satisfaction.
- Interfaces with customer for problem resolution.
- Provide the Security HealthChecking on managed system with implementation & maintenance of
the action solutions. And fix every security issues and vulnerabilities once they are found or
reported.
- Supports the coordination of the processing environments.

Job Requirements (skills/experiences)
• Strong understanding of Windows NT 4.0, Windows2000 Server, and Windows2003 (familiarity for
Unix operating systems is a plus)
• Should have performed hands-on server management for more than 1 year
• Solid understanding of Windows2000/2003 Active Directory
• At least some hands-on work with Active Directory
• Should have familiarity with custom OUs and/or Containers and permissions
• Familiarity with Microsoft SMS a plus Strong understanding of Windows networking in an enterprise
environment Fundamental understanding of Windows security from a LAN, WAN, and DMZ
perspective
• Good understanding of Intel server hardware, IBM xSeries, Compaq/HP hardware
• Strong inter-personal and communication skills
• Strong independent problem solving skills
• Scripting abilities are a big plus (VB, WSH, WMI, etc.)
• Solid understanding of patch management best practices (Microsoft Software Update Services, patch
testing, software deployment, etc.)
• One of the skills about Windows cluster, TSM, Veritas, Legato, Citrix, VmWare, Citrix and Ghost are
plus
• Network Knowledge: Able to configure/troubleshoot network connections, DHCP/IP, nat and bridged
network
• Good Communication Skills (Written & Oral)
• Organizational/Time Management Skills
• Leadership Skills
• Problem Solving / Decision making
• Interpersonal Skills & Cross Organization Teaming
• Customer Relationship Management
• Ability to work independently

Qualifications (Education/Major/Certificates)
1. College or University academic level .
2. Degre in Information Technology or Computer Science or equivalent experience.
3. English (speak, write and read), Japanese
4. Ability to work off shift hours
5. Must be flexible and able to work overtime when required
6. Must be flexible and able to provide off-shift and/or weekend coverage as needed.
7. Fluent English required – other languages a plus
8. Previous working experience in similar position
