IIS does not seem to be running on this computer

小弟开始做sql server ce的开发，开发环境如下：
xp + sql server 2000开发版 sp4 + iis5.1 + sql server ce 2.0 sp4
但是选择sql server ce 2.0下的configure connectivity support in IIS便会弹出如下提示框
“IIS does not seem to be running on this computer.Please start IIS before continuing.”

可以确信的是我已经将iis安装了，有没有遇到这样问题的，给小弟提供点帮助！！！

xp也有iis服务的，但是为啥要装ce版的啊，别的不可以啊！

看SQL SERVER CE的online help.其中有一段话：

Submitting SQL statements.
An application can submit SQL statements to be executed on a remote SQL Server database. This is especially useful when the Windows CE-based device is always connected to the network.

An application can use these techniques in combination. For example, a sales support application might download a price list to a Windows CE-based device as well as capture and upload new orders on the device. The application could also submit SQL statements directly to the SQL Server database.

xp 能使用IIS服务吗?应该不能.

建议用 sql server 2000/2003 server
