$orders = file_get_contents("https://cp.element5.com/esales/cp/login/index.html");不能成功
$orders = file_get_contents("http://cp.element5.com/esales/cp/login/index.html");可以成功
这个是为什么啊？怎么能获取https成功呢？奇怪了，操作系统为windows，，linux环境测试两个都行

SSL的不行，你cURL把，还需要OpenSSL支持

需要安装openssl ext
