请教大家用subinacl设置权限的问题

在下想测试用subinacl来设置文件的权限，以下是cmd的密令行。
我的文件是c:\1\1.txt，域账户ingrnet\cliu
subinacl.exe所在的位置是C:\Program Files\Windows Resource Kits\Tools\sub
inacl.exe

在运行了之后总是提示找不到文件，试了好几个路径了，还是没有搞清楚为什么，请教大家，帮忙检查一下命令行中的问题.

命令行中的反斜杠已经改了的，不好意思，贴了个正斜杠的版本上来。。
