Job Description

· Participates in business process assessment, analysis, design and implementation consulting engagements, both packaged and customized
· Understands how information technology interfaces with the functional groups within an organization
· Constructs conceptual data and process models, including data dictionaries and volume estimates
· Analyzes customer business process requirements
· Ensures clear understanding of customer's requirements, in validating the business process analysis , design and implementation from proposal through deployment
· Participating in the design and development of software solutions based on client requirements. Applying experience, and theoretical and practical understanding of technology and methodology in designing software solutions.
· Develops multi-level relationships with customers and leads cross-functional design teams to understand and investigate the current business process design, identify problems, complexities, non-value-added steps, inefficient workflows and other design factors.
· Participates in all phases of implementation projects.
· Installs and configures PTC Windchill, UGS Teamcenter software
Willing to travel, (domestic/international)

Job Requirement ：
More than 5 years experience in industry or PDM/PLM field (must have)
Specialized in PTC Windchill or UGS Teamcenter solutions or DS Matrix1, demonstrates Technical architecturing and solution packaging skills
Experience in developing proposals and statements of work
State-of-the-art solution architecture design with object-oriented analysis/design as well as the common design patterns. Be able to use Rational Rose or other tools to model
Expertise in UNIX shell scripting and Oracle
Ability to think creatively and collaborate with international teams.
Must be self-motivated and demonstrate strong ability to manage task priority and multiple projects concurrently..
Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills as well as clearly articulate technical issues both written and verbally.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Work, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Customer service oriented, i.e. patience and politeness with demanding customers

Description
Crucial to service delivery, you'll be involved with the supporting of key customer's IT operations and solutions, including Server, Storage, Switch, Router, DB, Datacenter and applications. You'll also run on-site/remote diagnostics and proactive service delivery, expertise in solution design, datacenter operation, ITIL or ITSM process design is necessary. As experienced technical expert, Infrastructure SA should understand customer’s IT environment well and help customer build up/maintain a high availability system, and also, he/she will response customer immediately in case any abnormal thing happened, to fix the problem quickly through closely teamwork and strongly technical skill.

Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree or Master's degree based on a technical/scientific discipline
· At least 5 years of work experience.
· At least 2 years of solution design experience.
· At least 1 year of pre-sales support experience.
· Strong customer service and communication skills.
· Analytical problem-solving skills, consulting skill; flexibility and willingness to participate in non-standard working models (e.g. on-call availability, etc.); team player and teamwork: ability and willingness to motivate and support other engineers
· Network experience preferred
· ITIL experience preferred
· Can travel to up to 30%

Technical Profile:
· At least at expert level in 3 of the following areas: (Virtualization, Windows, Linux, HP-UX, AIX, EMC, NetApp, HP Storage, Network, ITIL, Enterprise Security, DB2, Oracle, SQL, SAP, Datacenter facilities)
· At least 3 technical certifications (such as MCSE, CCNP, OCP, ITIL, etc)
· CCNP and ITIL certification preferred.
· Oral fluency and written skills in English.
· Overseas experience preferred
