xml::libxml安装的问题

我在windows下想用perl对一个xml::libxml这个模块对一个xml档进行处理，在安装的时候遇到了问题
提示libxml12找不到
libxml这个东西到底怎么装啊，我按照网上的方法讲libxml，iconv和zlib这三个模块下载下来，解压后讲其bin目录放到了环境变量path中，可是安装xml::libxml还是找不到libxml，提示信息如下：

libxml2 not found

If you install via RPMs, make sure you also install the -devel
RPMs, as this is where the headers (.h files) are.

Also, you may try to run perl Makefile.PL with the DEBUG=1 parameter
to see the exact reason why the detection of libxml2 installation
failed or why Makefile.PL was not able to compile a test program.

在ppm中找不到xml::libxml这个包，我是在cpan上找到的安装包，下载下来安装出现了那个问题。是不是这个包已经不能用了？

libxml-perl
XML-libXML
都不是你想要的包？

不好意思，之前的rep里只有一个源，那个源里并没有xml-libxml这个包，我先添加了一个cpan的源之后才能search这个包，谢谢了啊
