现在在招聘Team Lead和Senior DEV（Gomez onsite）
Requirement for Lead Senior Software Engineer (1):

Experienced in internet portal and large website development is a must, familiar with website's business model.

Strong in front-end website design and development, experienced in Web protocols and developing languages (java, Flex, familiar with Ajax)

5+ years of professional experience in Information Technology.
3+ years of experience as a technical lead with proficiency in the design, implementation, deployment and management roles.

5+ years of Java experience using serviced components, distributed technologies, web services, XML etc
5+ years of experience with SQL Server databases.

Understanding in SQL Server replication
SQL Server security management
SQL Server monitoring
SQL Server performance monitoring and tuning
SQL Server troubleshooting

Experience with data modeling

Good understanding of SDLC

Basic understanding of the various analytical and reporting processes

Excellent organizational with good documentations, and problem solving skills

Demonstrated capability to quickly learn new products and technologies

Have good communication skill, ability to think clearly and act quickly in pressure situations, ability to multi-task and change focus quickly

Bachelor's Degree or above preferably in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or similar field



Requirements for Senior Software Engineer (2):

5+ years of professional experience in Information Technology.

5+ years of Java experience using serviced components, distributed technologies, web services, XML etc.

1-2 years of Flex programming experience, familiar with charting and reporting technologies will be certainly a plus

3+ years of experience with SQL Server databases.

Good understanding of SDLC

Excellent organizational with good documentations, and problem solving skills

Demonstrated capability to quickly learn new products and technologies

Have good communication skill, ability to think clearly and act quickly in pressure situations, ability to multi-task and change focus quickly

Bachelor's Degree or above preferably in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or similar field
