Team of Microsoft China, looking for talented, highly motivated software engineers to join us and help ship the first China MS Money product.


Responsibilities:
1) Work in a small, agile team to maintain and enhance existing products
2) Collaborate with Product Management to and identify, prioritize and document detailed product requirements
3) Design, develop and document application and framework code in standard C++
4) Work with internal QA team on system, performance and acceptance testing

Requirements:
1. Able to work in unfamiliar areas; learn quickly; strong debugging;
2. Able to identify root causes of problems, instead of fixing symptoms.
3. Experience in C/C++ (4+ years), Win32 API, ATL, Com, ActiveX.
4. Experience in Windows threading
5. Object oriented design expertise
6. Experience with GUI, XML,HTML and java script
7. Familiarity with relational DBMS
8. Basic personal financial knowledge
