分享cognos8安装问题， 哪位大侠知道啊
数据库连接测试成功 但是启动就报错：

这个问题貌似我也遇到过，一般用Oracle数据库都会遇到这个问题，就是因为编码的问题，Oracle在建库的时候默认的是GBK，而Cognos8连接库的时候只能是UTF8的，这问题很诡异的。不知道楼主是怎么解决的
