Windows dos下倒库Oracle消息语言如何设置为中文？

大家看到了，所有的消息都是英文的，可别人的却是汉语的，如：“导出了XXX表XX行”什么的，我以前也用过。可这次不知道怎么变成英文了。其实中文英文并没有什么区别，只是一直搞不懂为什么会这样。有人说是因为客户端不同导致。莫非真的是Oracle客户端不同导致？而且只安装数据库不安装客户端就是如此？以前没有在本机安装数据库，访问的是远程的数据库，仅仅安装了一个客户端，所以倒表时是中文信息。这次在本机安装了Oracle数据库，客户端卸载掉了，结果就是英文了。莫非真是客户端帮助翻译的中文？请专家解释！或者告诉我如何切换语言。谢谢
