We are looking for ambitious IT engineers (or information technology graduates) with
leadership potential. Preferably, you should possess a majority of the following qualifications:

• A university master degree within IT (practical and relevant workexperience/
internships during university holidays is highly valued)
• Proven knowledge of SQL, preferably MS SQL Server
• Good knowledge of C++ or C# in MS Visual Studio .net
• Good knowledge of realtime systems and technology
• Good knowledge of process control or production/manufacturing technology
• Good English language skills (critical: spoken language skills)
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
• Have a positive "can do" attitude and the ability to get things done
• High level of mobility and willingness to work and live in changing environments
• International mindset, open to new cultures and multicultural work environments
