一共8张(有三张MSDN)，你下的只有五张光盘，没有MSDN。
你在哪个ftp上看到的？这个是个压缩文件，解开后有1.4G左右，
我也在一个FTP上下了一个，不过有病毒，win95.SK病毒！

现在的就是这个版本，自解压缩，解开后1.5G左右，不带msdn的。我都安装好了，绝对没问题，msdn订阅，原汁原味正版：）

我所在的公司买了一套正版的VS.net2003(具体什么版本我没有看清楚，因为我不是这个方面只是给公司的其他同事用的)，总共5张盘，一张是升级盘，其余4张安装盘（前面3张基本上都是610多M，最后一张是30多M还是100多M，我忘记了）.
