TAPE can not be detected .

After install everything on NT4.0 SP6.

I was trying to install TAPE driver . but in the control panel , the tape is not detected at all . what's wrong with it ?

the tape is HP surestore model .

this problem may be the SCSI driver not install or the TAPE DDS3 not complatible with the SCSI.
so you can try:
1.install the SCSI drives.
