too many distributed transactions

我的数据库老是报"ORA-02042 too many distributed transactions"的问题,我查看了帮助,说修改参数distributed transactions,但我的已经是46了,我觉得足够了.而且我用enterprise manager看,in-double transactions为0.
这到底是怎么回事,大侠帮忙呀

max transaction=200默认50
