先要引用ADO对象库。

你首先要在VB菜单中：
“工程”－－＞“引用”－－＞“Microsoft AxtiveX Data Objects 2.X Library”
注：2.X为版本号，如果你机子上有高版本的就用高版本的，如：2.5或2.6的。

最新版的ADO驱动引擎下载：
http://download.microsoft.com/download/dasdk/Install/2.70/W98NT42KMe/CN/mdac_typ.exe

没有引用microsoft activex data object 2.x，或定义Dim mrc As ADODB.Recordset后没有设置set mrc = New ADODB.Recordset，都会出现实时性错误'91'对象变量或者WITH变量没有定义

引用完后声明变量：
Dim cnn as new Adodb.connection
Dim rec as new Adodb.Recordset
定义完后就可以了使用了！

先将“工程菜单——》引用——》microsoft activex data object 2.x”选中的按扭去掉，保存。
然后“工程菜单——》引用——》microsoft activex data object 2.x”选中的按扭选中。
保存。
