some errors in building sql7 cluster(advance server 2000)

when i use failover wizards to wbuild the sql7 cluster in advance server 2000,some errors appeared.follows are some major error.
1.show "sql server binaries can not be updated,please close any applications including sql manager and .......",and then i closed
all applications and some service,so the process continued,but appeared other errors,showing "could not run setup on remote machine".why show me this message?who can help me ?please!!!"
