nmake.exe 文件都有, 当然有makefile
MSDN 也有讲VC.NET 中 makefile 文件的语法.
但好像vc.net菜单里没有根据一个工程自动生成相应的makefile.

Project Files and Makefiles
ProjectName.vcw
This is the workspace file used in the development environment. The default workspace name (ProjectName) is the same as initial project in the workspace. It organizes projects into a single workspace.
ProjectName.opt
This is the workspace options file used in the development environment. It stores the user options you create for your workspace, so that the project workspace has the look and feel you want and includes customizations you make.
ProjectName.vcp
This is the project file used in the development environment. It stores information specific to your project. There is a separate .vcp file for each project. The .vcp files are not compatible with NMAKE. You must export a makefile to build with NMAKE.
ProjectName.clw
This file is used by ClassWizard to store information about the classes in your project.
ProjectName.odl
This file contains the Object Description Language source code for a control type library. This file is used to generate a type library. The generated library exposes the control’s interface to other Automation clients.
ProjectName.ncb
This is the No Compile Browser file. It contains information generated by the parser that is used by ClassView and Component Gallery. If the file is deleted, it is automatically regenerated.
ReadMe.txt
A file located in the parent directory of the project that describes each file in your project using the actual filenames created by AppWizard or ControlWizard.
