tweakui没有中文版。

安装的方法很简单，下载了tweakui之后（一般是一个zip文件）。使用WinZIP或WINRAR解压，生成4个文件。右键单击名为tweakui.inf的文件，选择“安装”即可。安装完后，可以到控制面板里找到TweakUI。
