PDO is physical device object
in short - PDOs are created by bus drivers and
represent devices itself
PDOs are just DEVICES, they don't handle anything
but PNP calls (ie resource management, queryID,
etc)
when you install driver it binds to some instance
(by name, instance ID, etc)
then your driver is given PDO device object
you create your FDO (functional device object)
and attach it to PDO
FDO does handle all necessary stuff
