Dear Microsoft Certified Professional,
This e-mail is to inform you of Microsoft?Certified Professional (MCP) exams that will be retired one year from now in June 2004. We are providing you with this early information so that you can manage your training schedules and certification plans.
Microsoft is committed to ensuring that MCP certifications are at all times relevant, valued, and respected credentials that identify skilled and experienced information technology (IT) professionals and developers. The MCP program continually monitors current industry trends and makes appropriate changes to keep Microsoft certification requirements in line with technology advancements.
As part of this process, Microsoft develops new exams and discontinues others to ensure that all exams reflect current job roles. Announcements of exams that are scheduled for discontinuation will be made once a year in June to MCPs who subscribe to the MCP NewsFlash e-mail. This information will also be available on the Microsoft Training & Certification Web site:

70-152 Designing and Implementing Web Solutions with Microsoft Visual InterDev 6.0
70-155 Designing and Implementing Distributed Applications with Microsoft Visual FoxPro?6.0
70-156 Designing and Implementing Distributed Applications with Microsoft Visual FoxPro 6.0
70-175 Designing and Implementing Distributed Applications with Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0
