安装驱动时的一个问题 inf 文件 这个段落安装无效

什么段落无效呢？为什么无效呢？有效是什么有效的意思呢？？
这是在安装jtag 烧写程序驱动时出现的问题 giveio.inf 这个文件的内容如下：
