svn-win32-1.5.6+Apache2.2.6集成问题！

求救。。。我的apache/conf目录下没有svn.password这个文件，可是在网上看的都说要把也没有svn.access这个文件可是又要粘贴一些内容到这些文件上去怎么办呢？
我用的SVN是：svn-win32-1.5.6
apache是：apache_2.2.6-win32-x86-no_ssl.msi
apache启动之后进入配置了用户权限，输入用户名密码之后报500 Internal Server Error
错误信息如下：
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, Jonly and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

用apache\bin\下面的htpasswd

然后修改httpd.conf文件

没明白你要配置什么样的用户权限，有没有passwd文件没关系，因为passwd文件可以自己生成，htpasswd -c 命令可以生成一个Passwd文件，该文件的路径可以自己设定，然后可以自己写一个任何格式的文件来配置用户对库的访问权限。

可以参考一下：
