我把default.jbpm.cfg.xml的内容考到jbpm.cfg.xml后，系统报
Caused by: org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: cvc-elt.1: Cannot find the declaration of element 'jbpm-configuration'.
请问sax解析xml时必须要有dtd或scheme吗?
