vc2008报Cannot open compiler intermediate file错?

貌似编译器想在那个目录里写一个临时文件但是没有权限

google了一下，很多人遇到类似问题，答案无非rebuild或者重装VC之类的

现象：
C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Temp因为什么原因，再也无法写入。

原因分析：
编译器大约要写一个临时文件到Temp下，而此时那个文件夹只读了（前些时日机子中了毒，也许相关）。自然就无法成功编译了。

解决方法：
一、手工删除里面的所有文件。
二、用优化大师（一款软件，大把地方下载），清除它，具体做法不多说了。我第一次用它，自行摸索，清除了大把无用文件。

现在情形：
VC6、vc2008都ok了。
