Do I need install the Oracle Workflow Builder for my client computers?

All Client computers does not require Oracle Workflow Builder to be installed.

It is required only once , when you to load the Oracle workflow to the database .
So it can be done from any other pc where Oracle Workflow Builder client is already installed.
