我想用sp_attach_db恢复但是不知道出什么问题了

重装吧，选择的字符集、排序规则要同原备份数据库相同。

原因很清楚:
Could not attach the database because the character set, sort order, or Unicode collation for the database differs from this server

你这台机器的SQL Server安装时选择的字符集、排序规则与数据文件原来的那个不同。
