求助 https的问题

问题描述：

在windows2003 server下， 我用windows2003自带的证书服务器申请了一个服务器证书，现在问题是在windows2003上 我用IE 访问装有证书的webservice的时候（https://192.168.42.101/Service.asmx），是可以正常访问， 但是我在其他机器上， 访问这个webservice的时候，就出现这样的提示

我接着点击 Continue to this website (not recommended). 可以访问webservice，并且出现certificate error， 但是我点击怎么也安装不上那个certificate，

请问一下大虾们， 怎么解决。

证书要花钱买， 不然就不是受信任的有效证书
