调用WEB服务 出错？？？

错误1，
System.Net.WebException: Unable to connect to the remote server ---> System.Net.Sockets.SocketException: 由于目标机器积极拒绝，无法连接。

错误2，
system.net.webexception the request failed with http status 405：Method not allowed


我把客户端程序放在几台电脑上测试的时候，其中有一台（其他的上面多好好的··）在使用过程中报的错误，，，而且为什么在我的客户端程序中，不同的地方调用同个Webserver时，有的地方报错，有的却可以使用·····

我也把所有的防火墙和杀毒软件多关过了，可是还是一样··· 求助！！！
