分享如何让windows用户可以管理IIS?
我要让一个用户可以管理IIS,可以回收应用程序池等操作. 现在给了它power user的组也不行,难道必须给administrators组权限么？

抄来的，Poweruser 和 user 区别不大，
You can't.
You must be a local administrator to administrate IIS in versions 6.0 and earlier.
The only way around this would be to write some sort of customer application that manages IIS that runs as a Local Administrator and allow your domain users access to the applciation.

有一个IIS_IUSRS，你试试行不行，我的是server 2008，不知道2003有没有，就是一个IIS权限
