Detailed work contents:

Lead source system analysing and EDW LDM design work team

Lead to understand source systems's business logic and data model and design EDW CDM and LDM

Clarify the scope of Key Reference Data Standardization

Understand and research the data standardization for banking industry in both of international and China national wide.

Analysis code content in the existing system and estiblish code standardization

Work out the data mapping and key reference data standardization

Define the requirements of data regarding the business management

Define the data governance framework (incl data governance scope, org, process, role, responsibilty, etc)

Support other team to complete data requirement analysis and design work
