在链接时由链接器指定，加载程序时由系统指定物理地址。

如果是bin，com之类的没有头信息（也就没有重定位信息）的格式，则由ORG伪指令确定第一个段的段值
如果有重定位信息，则第一个段的段值为0，同时要在重定位信息里为MOV AX，DATA这类指令的DATA添加重定位信息
我的理解对不对呢？
