Java 工程师
职位描述：
1、按USECASE进行业务需求分析和软件概要设计；
2、进行软件详细设计和编码实现，确保性能、质量和安全；
3、维护和升级现有软件产品，快速定位并修复现有软件缺陷。

职位要求：
1、精通Web编程，3年以上使用Java语言进行web开发的经验，熟悉html，javascript。
2、精通jsp，servlet，java bean，JMS，EJB，Jdbc开发，熟悉J2EE规范，熟悉各种常
用设计模式。
3、熟悉基于Oracle的设计和开发、Linux操作系统、SVN操作。
4、有良好的软件工程知识和质量意识。

6、良好的沟通技能，团队合作能力。

岗位职责：参与技术难题攻关；

• 精通大容量、高性能的数据库系统的应用开发；
• 对各种开源的软件如Spring、Struts、Tomcat、Jetty、IBatis、Hibernate、RabbitMQ等有深入的了解；
• 有3年以上的大规模高并发访问的Web应用架构设计和开发经验；
• 熟悉Linux操作系统，可以熟练使用常用的Linux命令完成日常工作，熟练掌握shell编程；
• 精通面向对象的分析和设计技术，包括设计模式、UML建模等。
符合如下条件者优先：
• 有过hadoop优化及应用经验者；
• 有key-value分布式DB经验；
• 有大容量系统开发运营经验；

Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Cisco WebEx Connect Platform development, by work independently and collaborate with Cisco WebEx world wide architects to get deep understanding of business requirements, technical requirements and technical operation requirements.
• Responsible for providing architectural design and implement for large-scale, high performance and high availability web server of Content Management System, and demonstrate strong technical leadership to development team, project management team and technical operation team across the world.
• Responsible for providing performance turning and troubleshooting to production operation.
Position Requirements:
• 5 years plus Java experiences.
• 3 years plus R&D experiences of system with high concurrency.
• 1 year plus I/O related experience.
• Understand CMS and familiar with related development.
• Good design and architecture knowledge of Large-scaled web Servers, understand at least 2 existed distribution scheme.
• Be better if has the distribute cache related experience.
• Be better if has the experience of reconciliation related system R&D.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in Chinese and English.

Position Requirements:
• BS/MS in Computer Science or Engineering related.
• 3+ years of web development & enterprise application development experience
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in Chinese and English.
• Experience in Java, J2EE and related technologies, familiar with Weblogic, web service, related java framework, and performance tuning in web development.
• Hands-on web 2.0 development experience (HTML/CSS, DOM, JAVASCRIPT, AJAX, REST, web service, Dojo etc.)
• Solid problem solving, design, troubleshooting, and debugging skill.
• Be creative, innovative and always look for improvements.
