Primary Duties:
Ensure the audit work performed is in accordance with Company audit standards and procedures
Utilize a risk-based approach to planning and performing audits
Aid in analyzing the audit process to improve efficiencies and effectiveness
Perform detail review of audits
Ensure consistency in audit reports
Recognize audit issues and perform related research
Present audited results to the business
Understand the importance of partnership with the business
Train and coach staff to further staff's advancement
Recruit and hire new staff in support of the audit plan
Provide input in performance evaluations of staff
Monitor audit work to ensure timely completion
Value a balance between work and life
Job Specifications:
B.S. in Management Information Systems or equivalent.
Advanced degrees related to Management Information Systems a plus.
Professional certifications such as CISA, CNE, CNA, CIA, or CPA are desirable.
10 plus years of experience with business systems with at least 3-4 years experience as an information systems auditor or a business systems analyst in a complex multiple systems and hardware environment.
Experience with integrated manufacturing systems a plus.
Experience recruiting, developing and mentoring staff at all levels.
Excellent oral and written communications skills.
Ability to work effectively with people even under difficult circumstances.
Recognizes that changes in circumstances and customer expectations alter objectives and priorities, and demonstrates adaptability.
Able to motivate others to achieve desired results.
Leads others to take appropriate action, even when not in a position of formal authority.
Follows through on commitments.
Builds collaborative relationships and contributes to the efforts and accomplishments of individuals and teams throughout the organization.
