分享如何监视SQL Server的运行状态?
本人用Recordset打开记录集，如果SQL Server服务停止的话，记录集便处于关闭状态，不知如何监视SQL Server是否运行？

You can use "OpenSCManager" to open connection to the service control manager on the specified computer .Use "OpenService" to get the handle of the service,then use "QueryServiceStatus" to retrieves the current status of the specified service.
