安装kdevelop 遇到的问题？亟待解决

我在安装kdevelop3.5.0时，解压源码包运行./configure --with-qt-dir=/usr/lib/qt-3.3，提示缺少Subversion libraries (1.x)，dot program，Doxygen ，提示问题如下：You're missing Subversion libraries (1.x)
KDE will not be able to browse Subversion repositories without it,
consider installing it.

You're missing the dot program.
It is still possible to run and use KDevelop without it, but you will
not be able to use the new graphical classbrowser. In order to get
a dot copy, go to www.graphviz.org and download the graphviz package.

You have no kdelibs documentation generated by Doxygen installed.
You should install Doxygen from www.doxygen.org, reconfigure
and rebuild the kdelibs sources. You should 'make apidox' and
'make install' in your kdelibs build dir, and then rerun this
configure script.
我按照提示安装好了dot program，但另外两个一直都安装不了……
我安装Subversion的过程为：下载subversion-1.6.6.tar.bz2和subversion-deps-1.6.6.tar.bz2的源码包，解压后生成文件subversion-1.6.6 ，进入该文件，./configure ，make ,make install
安装doxygen 过程为：下载doxygen-1.6.0.src.tar.gz，解压，进入doxygen-1.6.0，./comfigure,make ,make install
然后重新进入kdevelop3.5.0,运行./configure --with-qt-dir=/usr/lib/qt-3.3,还是提示这两个文件没有安装上，请问有谁安装过kdevelp遇到这种问题呢，是这两个文件的安装方法不对，还是版本不对呢

我也觉得QtCreator更好用些，我是在windows安装QtCreator的，它是基于qt4.6.0的，在windows中是做出的东西是可以在windows中运行的 我不知道使用它编译的东西是否可以使用Linux编译工具进行编译 并运行

我现在安装了3.5.5的了，忽略了这两个提示接着做下面的安装了 现在可以使用了

同意你的说法，qtcreator的确在windows中更好用一些 呵呵
我现在就在使用qtcreator了，在windows中的确很好用，但是设计界面使用的是designer4.6.0，但是 没有针对这么高版本的针对ARM版本的qt的qmake 工具，所以不知怎么把在Linux PC平台上开发的东西移植到ARM板中运行，各位有谁知道吗
