不论是其本身还是编译出的 程序，都是表表准准 真真正正 的 Windows 程序。

你说的那个是 Cygwin

但是mingw是一个选择 尤其是对于习惯命令行的人 是更好的选择

而且是自由软件 所以nokia的Qt SDK（不是Qt framework）就带著mingw一起发布了
