我的服务器只能服务器自己用域名和ip访问，其他机器都访问不了。为什么啊

我做的网站，有ip，域名。在局域网就是192的私网里面可以正常访问。在公网里面，只要有服务器本身可以用ip和域名访问，但是其他机器就访问不了。我的服务器是apache2.0 ，windows xp（测试用）

ip和我的mac地址是绑定的

域名也是跟ip也是绑定的。

apache 应该怎么配置呢
我问我们学校的网络中心，他们说是我的网站没发布，还说在局域网里访问和在公网访问 不是一个情况。
难道是因为apache 的什么配置没改，但我看网上的配置文件讲解，也没说发布到公网上的时候需要特别修改啊
