Create an instance of failure, perplexing problem? ? ?

I use the environment: oracle10g2.0.1 server version. Operating system is 32-bit xp2.
My database block size display is 8k, operating system block size display is 4k.
Computer is not networked. server can be installed successfully. But when I create an instance the error always appear below:
ORA-01503:CREATE CONTROLFILE ??
ORA-00221:?????????
ORA-00206:?????????(? 18,# ? 1)
ORA-00202:????:"D:\ORACLE\PRODUCT\10.2.0\ORADATA\FOREVER\CONTROL01.CTL"
ORA-27041:??????

anyone who can help me?

The question I have found the cause and solve the solution.

ORA-00202: control file: 'string' 

Cause: This message reports the name file involved in other messages.

 

Action: See associated error messages for a description of the problem.

Does the OS system log file(alert_SID.log) show any disk related problems?

ORA-00206: error in writing (block string, # blocks string) of control file 

Cause: A disk I/O failure was detected on writing the control file.

 

Action: Check if the disk is online, if it is not, bring it online and try a warm start again. If it is online, then you need to recover the disk.

CONTROLFILE   statement   does   not   equate   to   the   number   of   blocks     

recorded   in   the   header.
