C# 处理图片问题 缩小 旋转

试过 各种方法 缩小后 图片质量 总是有损失

比如字体 会变模糊

EncoderParameters ep = new EncoderParameters();
ep.Param[0] = new EncoderParameter(System.Drawing.Imaging.Encoder.Quality, 100);

也没用

请教一下 如果 原质量的缩小图片

如果有旋转的代码 参考 那就更好了

3 楼发的代码 经过测试 不好.. 处理过后的图片 质量 还是不好

我是和 ps 对比的... 而且有一个很严重的问题 就是 缩小后的图片 居然比原图 还大

原图 300多K 而缩小后 却有600多K.. 其他的没测试 不过给了我一个很好的思路 还是谢谢.

压缩当然是有损压缩的。没有什么奇怪的。
