这些天陆陆续续面试了好几个人，总体上没有满意的.

做个几年了，项目也没少做，有的对一些比较基础的东西没有去理解。序列化，switch-case中的数据类型。。。
顺便说说要求把：

• 2+ years of experience with any of C#/VB .net platform. open-source technologies is a plus.
• A deep understanding of object-oriented design concept and its methods.
• Knowledge of MSSQL/MySQL is required.
• Flexible and adaptable in regards to learning and understanding new technologies.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to conduct research into software-related issues and products.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team on assigned tasks.
• Passing CET 4

1. 本科
2. 了解设计模式
3. 了解些winform的工作机制

对了，公司情况：
名称：晨星咨询 morningstar
地点：深圳福田区
待遇：2-3年（5-6k）以上吧. 具体还有一些其他的福利.
