但是，每几分钟就有一条记录，不知道会不会影响后面的系统性能等方面。
现在在等哪个HP的人，去帮忙看看了，如果他们说要升级，就就得升了，不是病毒就最好了。

看名字应是HP compaq的东西，C:\WINNT\system32\CPQMgmt\cqmghost\cqmghost.exe

应是楼主装HP驱动或程序装进去的，直接删除也没关系
