Candidate should have thorough knowledge of design, development, and deployment of large-scale web-based solutions using the

Microsoft platform (IIS, ASP, ASPX, MSSQL, COM, MTS, .NET). Desirable experience includes: data base administration, server

administration, e-commerce, e-learning, MTS, .NET, Data Warehouse and business integration. Multi-tiered windows applications

development experience.

Responsibilities will include:
1. Develop windows/Web application
2. Port existing code-base to .NET/C++
3. Create new applications with .NET
4. Design/Develop/Test/Deploy applications

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in computer science, Master’s desirable
2. Solid experience on software developing
3. Good skill on Visual Studio, client-side scripting C# and asp.net
4. Good skill on Visual Studio .NET/C++ windows application
5. Be good at XML, XSLT, webservices, SQL, Data Warehouse
6. C/S programming experience, MFC, VC++, ATL/WTL, COM
7. Good communication skill and good teamwork sprit
8. Can work under pressure and be willing to meet the challenge
9. Self-Learning capability

软件开发工程师：
候选人需要有大型Microsoft平台的大型软件的开发经验，期望有基于数据库的管理软件的经验，需要Windows桌面程序的开发经验。
