java awt 报的错误

container.add(toolBar, BorderLayout.NORTH,ParameterData.NORTH); // 增加组件到容器上
其中ParameterData.NORTH=1
程序运行到这里报错：
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: illegal component position
表示抛出的异常表明向方法传递了一个不合法或不正确的参数
我想问下这里的add() 方法第3个参数到底怎么设置哦？

你此处报错，证明container里目前没有放入其他的组件，此时你把ParameterData.NORTH=0，应该就正确了。
