- 流利读写英文。 如能口语交流更为理想。
- 自学能力强， 能够从样例文件自学应用。
- 适应力和解决问题能力强， 根据客户要求能够很快的找出最佳的方案。
- 不怕失败， 勇于问问题， 能从失败中学习。
工资人民币5000元一个月。 试用期3个月。 顺利完成试用期， 工资增直人民币8000一个月。 可接受兼职， 但需一星期最少工作25小时。 工资按比例计算。 申请人不限年龄， 籍贯， 学历， 所在地区。

We are seeking a self motivated software developer that has the following attributes:
Technically strong in classic VB (VB6, VB Script, VBA), VB.Net, SQL Server programming and ASP.Net.
Able to effectively read and write in English. English conversation skill is desirable but not essential.
Strong self-learning skills - Able to learn from example code and documentation.
Strong problem solving skills and adaptability - Able to formulate multiple solutions quickly and adapt solutions to changing requirement.
Integrity and intellectual honesty - That means you are willing to ask questions, admit mistakes and be able to learn from past failures.
We will consider applicants who wish to take on this position on a part-time basis provided he/she can dedicate at least 25 hours/week. We set no restriction on age,qualification, sex, place of origin or applicant's current place of residence so long the applicant can demonstrate the skills listed above.
The successful applicant will be offered the position on a probationary period for 3 months at 5K/month on a full time basis. Subject to successful completion of the probationary period, monthly salary will increase to 8K/month for full time staff. Successful applicant who wishes to work on a part-time basis will be remunerated pro-rata.
Interested applicants must forward CV and a covering letter to sunwoodits@gmail.com. As we will be conducting initial telephone interviews, please include your phone number and state your preferred time for contact.

The position was filled a long time ago. If you feel the need to respond to an ad that was closed a long time ago and to say that you are not interested, then you definitely have got a mental problem!

I am not trying to hire genius and hence the requirement is fairly standard. If you wish to work on a part-time basis, you must ensure that you have plenty of spare time. Salary will be paid pro-rata based on the number of hours you work. Say, you can work 30 hours a week, then the monthly salary will be 8K * 30/40 = 6K
