请教 nistnet 用法

请问大家，nistent 可以实现在两个网段之间模拟 drop , delay 吗？如何添加策略？
目前只知道在两个固定IP主机之间模拟，不知道如何添加策略，能在两个网段之间使用该软件。
请教 nistnet 的详细用法，下面只能看个大概用法。

[root@localhost nistnet]# cnistnet -a
