If you are running SQL Server 2005 Enterprise Edition, you shouldn't be using SQL Server Management Studio Express to manage it. The expression edition of the management studio does not have the ability to manage SQL Server Agent.

Are you using SQL Server Enterprise edition or express edition? If you are already running the Enteprise Edition, you should have the Management Studio as part of the installation media.
Otherwise, there isn't a place to just download Management Studio for the Enterprise Edition. However, one trick to get around it is to download the trial version of SQL2K5 Enterprise edition from MS website and only install the Management Studio portion of the product (http://www.microsoft.com/sqlserver/2005/en/us/trial-software.aspx
但是打开SQL Server Management Studio Express后目录树里就是没有~~~~还有哪没弄对?

SQL Server 2K5 Express Management Studio does not let you manage SQL Server Agent. However, if you are familiar with Transact-SQL, it is always possible to manually configure an agent job via Transact-SQL. Alternative includes using creating a batch script and using Windows Scheduler to execute the script using SQLCmd.exe utility.
You should be using SQL Server Management Studio that comes with SQL Server Enterprise Edition. Make sure you have installed the SQL Server Management Studio when you install SQL Server Enterprise Edition (and remove SQL Server Management Studio Express edition).
