我用xampp组装的mysql会崩溃，自动关掉mysql服务，请问怎么查才能查得出是哪里影响了

检查一下你的防火墙，杀毒软件，特别是360与ＭＹＳＱＬ有冲突。

另外贴出你的错误日志以供别人帮你分析。

我用的是服务器2003版的操作系统，没有360的，也没有杀软，关了防火墙了

似乎这个说明了原因。
你的系统里没有什么路径冲突吧。就是说，没有安装别的mysql并且把那个版本的msyql\bin放到path里头了吧。
一般不会发生这种情况。
