调用 webservice 出错301 Moved Permanently，偶尔出，求解

c# 调用c# 写的webservice 偶尔出现这个错误。
有谁遇到过。

我google 了一下 System.Net.WebException: 请求失败，错误信息 301 这个
我的帖子第一个。

我之前也遇到过这种问题，微服务的远程调用，用的是httpclient post（http://+ip+端口+接口地址），也是报301，后来发现http不行，改为https就不会出现这个问题了。
