pDC->SetDCPenColor(RGB(192, 192, 192)) 为什么设置颜色无用呢 ?
使用该函数设置画笔颜色 ，描画出来的线，颜色不变，奇怪，
什么原因呢 ？

SelectObject(hdc,GetStockObject(DC_PEN));
SetDCPenColor(hdc,RGB(00,0xff;00);
Rectangle(0,0,20,20);这样也行
SetDCPenColor(hdc,RGB(00,0xff;00);
Rectangle(0,0,20,20);这样也行

CPen pen(PS_SOLID, 1, RGB(255, 0, 128));
CPen* pOldPen = (CPen*)pDC->SelectObject(&pen);

自己定义一个pen，再选择到设备描述表中，就OK
